What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a wholistic, non-invasive therapy which complements other therapies such as acupuncture and modern medicine. Reflexology principles are based upon the philosophy that all components of the body are reflected in the feet, hands ears and face. Our qualified reflexologist will use a combination of pressure techniques on those reflexes in order to address imbalances in the mind and body.
Your reflexology treatment
Your reflexology treatment begins with a warm foot bath and gentle foot scrub. The reflexology treatment combines many techniques which will leave you feeling relaxed when you leave our North Brisbane clinic. We recommend you allow about an hour for your treatment.
